Allie Young (Moderator) | CMO of the*gameHERs

Allie Young, CMO of the*gameHERs, is revolutionizing the gaming and esports landscape by smashing barriers to get more women into gaming. A board member of various organizations like Atlanta Esports Alliance, Fly Top Pilot, and EO Atlanta, Allie is also active in nonprofit work through 100 Girls of Code, which focuses on minority outreach in esports for young women. She has launched trailblazing projects such as the first HBCU Esports League and the FEMALED Esports Tournament. Allie combines her sales and marketing expertise with a genuine love for gaming to create a collaborative, innovative platform.

Freddy James | SVP of Branded Entertainment for Warner Bros. Discovery (branded tv integrations)

Freddy James is Senior Vice President and Head of Branded Entertainment for the US Networks at Warner Bros. Discovery. He oversees development and production of all sponsor-related content to help align sponsors with the company’s major network brands, including HGTV, Food Network, TNT, TBS, Discovery, TLC, ID, OWN and others. Each year, his team develops thousands of creative ideas that strategically marry advertising partners to the brands through in-show integrations, custom short form content and talent endorsements. James also oversees the site selection, architecture, construction and design of the HGTV Dream Home, HGTV’s first and biggest annual home giveaway—and one of the most successful consumer promotions and sponsor platforms in cable TV history.

James joined HGTV in 1997 as a producer. Since then, he has worn many hats, including Vice President, Programming, DIY Network and Senior Vice President, Program Development and Production for HGTV. He’s based in New York City.

Todd Harris | President of Skillshot Media (branded gaming/esports integration)

Todd Harris (@toddalanharris) is an accomplished entrepreneur who has been leading video game and esports businesses for 15 years and involved with technology product startups for 25 years. After leading Product Development at NCR, Radiant Systems, and BlueCube Software, Todd co-founded Hi-Rez Studios, one of the largest video game studios in the Southeast.

Todd is currently Founder & CEO of Skillshot Media, a leading live event production company, Co-owner of professional gaming team Ghost Gaming, and Chair of the Atlanta Esports Alliance.

Skillshot produces and live-streams the major esports events in our region. The company has produced thousands of esports events and live-stream productions, paid out over $10M in prizing for competitive video games, and delivered over 1 billion views of esports content.

Ghost Gaming is an Atlanta-based gaming lifestyle brand that has won 15 tournament championships and cultivated a social media following of over 20 million. Ghost Gaming partners with consumer brands seeking to reach a GenZ & Millennial audience in an authentic way via gaming, social media, and influencer integrations.

The Atlanta Esports Alliance is a division of the Atlanta Sports Council with a mission to establish metro Atlanta as the nation’s esports capital.

Throughout his career, Todd has garnered industry recognition including “2019 Most Admired CEO” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as he works with partners toward advancing the esports industry.

Alex Brown | Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Schlotzsky's (Focus Brands)

Alex has 10 years of experience in brand marketing within the F&B and hospitality space with Schlotzsky’s, Holiday Inn Express, and The Coca-Cola Company. Branded entertainment has played an important role in his work throughout his career and included partnership marketing with ESPN, SEC Network, Twitch, Vice Media Group, Special Olympics, celebrity talent (and of course influencers), and more. Originally from Mission Viejo, California and an Atlantan for the past 11 years, he has his BA in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
